Is it possible to estimate what upgrades or renovations, if any, would help sell a home before you spend money on it? If a home looks older, tired, or dated compared to similar homes (for sale or not) nearby, buyers might not even make an offer or low-ball an offer.  Sellers either lower prices…again…and the home sits on the market…even longer…while other homes are selling, possibly at fair market value or receive multiple offers. Buyers look at kitchens and baths and either 1) be relieved that they don’t have to gut them or 2) start counting up the dollar signs! In this interview with Cory Monroe from NeWave Contruction, we’ll talk about what smart professional contractors do to help home owners make better decisions, save money and stress, and, potentially make it easier to sell a home at a fair price…or maybe receive multiple offers? Hosted by Tony Babarino, Real Estate Agent with Re/Max Premier Realty (Irvine).
